- I'm a former teacher, local leader, and UniServ Director in Florida, working on organizational improvement as a Sterling (state-level Baldrige) examiner. I spent seven years working on achievement gaps issues in NEA's Human and Civil Rights department, leading the C.A.R.E. training. My work in the Mid-Atlantic region focuses on building organizational capacity and supporting education reform.
